Dans MTG is a small, actively developed project. There's one place to get help, and a real person reads everything that arrives.
Don't struggle with it quietly. Email support@dansmtg.com and describe what happened. Nothing is too small to report — if something felt broken, confusing, or slower than it should be, we want to hear about it.
To help us fix it faster, it's useful (but not required) to include:
The pricing list is deliberately still growing. If there's a store you buy from that isn't checked yet — anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe or beyond — send it in and it will be considered for a future update.
Email support@dansmtg.com with the store's name and website. Stores are only added in a way that respects their robots.txt, terms and any published agent policy, and every price links straight back to the retailer so they keep the referral — see how sources are read.
Feature requests are genuinely welcome. If the extension or this website doesn't work the way you'd expect, or you can think of something that would make buying and selling on Facebook easier, tell us. Plenty of what's in Dans MTG today started as someone's suggestion.
Things worth writing in about:
Praise is nice, but honest criticism is more useful. If something about Dans MTG is annoying, wrong, badly explained, or simply not worth the credits it costs, say so plainly — we'd much rather hear it directly than have you quietly stop using it.
Tell us what didn't work and why you'd have preferred something else. Specific, constructive feedback gets acted on, and you'll usually get a reply telling you what happened with it.
A few common questions are already answered in the guide:
If your answer isn't there, email us anyway — an unanswered question in the guide is itself something we want to fix.
Dans MTG is run by one developer alongside other work, so replies usually land within a couple of days rather than within the hour. Every email is read. If something is preventing you from using the extension at all, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
Issues, new card sources, feature ideas, or blunt feedback — it all goes to the same inbox.
