Dans MTG is a small, actively developed project. There's one place to get help, and a real person reads everything that arrives.

Whatever the issue — the extension won't sign in, a scan came back wrong, credits look off, a billing question — send an email and we'll get back to you.

"Proceed with caution" when installing

Easily the most common question right now. Installing from the Chrome Web Store may show "This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing". That message is about the publisher's age, not the extension — Chrome shows it on listings from developer accounts that haven't been publishing long enough to have a track record, and it clears itself after a few months of policy-compliant publishing. Dans MTG was reviewed by Google before it could appear on the store at all, only ever sends the one image you right-click, and never monitors your browsing.

You can click through it safely, or wait for the badge to clear if you'd rather. The full explanation is in the install guide.

If you're having any issues at all

Don't struggle with it quietly. Email support@dansmtg.com and describe what happened. Nothing is too small to report — if something felt broken, confusing, or slower than it should be, we want to hear about it.

To help us fix it faster, it's useful (but not required) to include:

We're open to new card sources

The pricing list is deliberately still growing. If there's a store you buy from that isn't checked yet — anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe or beyond — send it in and it will be considered for a future update.

Email support@dansmtg.com with the store's name and website. Stores are only added in a way that respects their robots.txt, terms and any published agent policy, and every price links straight back to the retailer so they keep the referral — see how sources are read.

Run a store yourself and want to be listed — or listed differently? Get in touch. We're happy to work to whatever access you're comfortable with, including removing a store on request.

We're open to changes to the system or the site

Feature requests are genuinely welcome. If the extension or this website doesn't work the way you'd expect, or you can think of something that would make buying and selling cards easier — including a site whose photos it can't read yet — tell us. Plenty of what's in Dans MTG today started as someone's suggestion.

Things worth writing in about:

Constructive critical feedback is welcome

Praise is nice, but honest criticism is more useful. If something about Dans MTG is annoying, wrong, badly explained, or simply not worth the credits it costs, say so plainly — we'd much rather hear it directly than have you quietly stop using it.

Tell us what didn't work and why you'd have preferred something else. Specific, constructive feedback gets acted on, and you'll usually get a reply telling you what happened with it.

Before you email

A few common questions are already answered in the guide:

If your answer isn't there, email us anyway — an unanswered question in the guide is itself something we want to fix.

Response times

Dans MTG is run by one developer alongside other work, so replies usually land within a couple of days rather than within the hour. Every email is read. If something is preventing you from using the extension at all, say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
